It was a joy on the 2nd day of Christmas to come across Jim Dalton – of Roger Clyne and the Peacemakers – broadcasting a holiday showcase from his Colorado basement. The spirited way to begin the final stretch of 2021 was a kind reminder of music to come in 2022. That’s right, save the date for coastal carousing at RCPM January Jam (Jan 14th-16th). Yet, before we get there, it’s time to wrap up another year from this corner on the Sea of Cortez – with plenty of spots lining up NYE dinners and fiestas. Speaking of carousing, Mark Mulligan will be holding 3 shows at Margarita Mermaids just as 2021 sees its last sunset (reservations por favor).
