The United States Consulate General in Nogales, Mexico, is pleased to announce a Town Hall Meeting for U.S. citizens living in the Puerto Peñasco community. We look forward to this opportunity to engage in constructive dialogue, answer questions, and address community concerns. The details of the meeting are as follows:
What: Town Hall Meeting
Where: American Legion (Av. Chihuahua 141, Benito Juarez, 83554)
When: Monday, July 23, 2018, from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Who: All U.S. citizens and family members are welcome to attend
The Town Hall will be hosted by Ms. Virginia Staab, Consul General of the U.S. Consulate General in Nogales, Mexico. The American Citizen Services Chief and members of his staff will also be present. We sincerely hope you will be able to attend and we look forward to meeting with you on July 23.
In addition, the American Citizen Services section will schedule up to four appointments between 2:30 and 3:30 at the same location on Monday, July 23, for American citizens who would like to renew their U.S. passports or seek notarial services. These appointments will be offered to the first four American citizens who send their request for an appointment via email to nogalesacs@state.gov. We will then provide instructions to those requesting appointments and, if we discover heavier-than-expected demand for passport and notarial services, we will schedule a longer passport fair during our next visit to Puerto Peñasco in the autumn.
