Whew! The 20th Anniversary of the Rocky Point Rally has come and gone. We are rounding the corner on the remaining weekends of ’21 and almost ready for the New Year! Can you believe it? Nope, neither can we. In this interim between Rocky Point Rally and Thanksgiving festivities, there is still plenty to do around town – plus, don’t forget to make your reservations for Thanksgiving!
NOTE: As of Nov. 8th, the US lifted some of the “non-essential” travel limits for foreign nationals (i.e. other than U.S. citizens) entering the US via land borders. US Citizens and US permanent residents are not impacted by this change, but non-US citizens with valid documents can now enter via land border entries with proof of Covid vaccination (of the CDC approved vaccines). However, “non-essential” guidelines remain in effect and so the border hours remain 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. at the Lukeville/Sonoyta crossing.
We’ve received a number of questions as to whether a negative Covid test is required for crossing back into US via land – NO – this only applies to FLIGHTS. #staywell
Holiday drives are starting up again – we invite you to consider where to donate toys, food, and other forms of seasonal joy!
The Sonoran Resorts has their Annual Holiday Food Drive underway – Look for the large gift-wrapped empty boxes outside the sales offices in each of the Sonoran Resorts lobbies. All donations are appreciated.
