In coordination with the Fire Department, Civil Protection, and the Municipal DIF, the local administration has set up a temporary shelter at the central Fire Department station located on Blvd. Francisco Javier Carrillo (formerly Blvd. Fremont).
Maritza Montija Quintana, Director of City Affairs, detailed the temporary shelter the mayor has requested is equipped with mattresses and blankets for use by those in need during this period of frigid temperatures and stronger winds.
