This coming weekend, the Cholla Bay Sportsmen’s Club launches the first part of its yearly Fishing Derby – now in its 60th year! To get ready for this year’s CBSC Fishing Derby, dates for which are April 9th – 12th, May 7th – 10th, and May 21st – 23rd, with the annual Fish Fry and Awards to be held May 24th, we thought a look back at some of CBSC’s memories was called for.

Note: There will be early registration on April 8th at the Radio Shack (next to JJ’s Cantina) and all participants must have a launch permit. Cholla Chatter reports they believe the Fishing Department will be on hand for early registration on April 8th, as well as on the 9th to sell permits. Don’t forget life jackets for all on board (port captain will be checking)
