The Youth Sports Foundation (YSF) of Puerto Peñasco announces its 4^th annual Major League Coaches Clinic and the 2^nd Annual YSF Golf Tournament. The event begins Jan. 25th, 2013 with the arrival of major league   coaches, and concludes on Jan. 27th.

According to YSF Director Rick Busa, last year’s clinic and golf tournament were a huge success and January’s event is shaping up to be just as beneficial for Youth Sports programs of Puerto Peñasco.

Individuals, businesses and organizations are encouraged to participate, and donations are always welcomed. All proceeds will allow the YSF to purchase sports equipment for the children of Peñasco.  *YSF is currently looking for additional sponsorship for clinic ($50 US or $100 US VIP levels)  Golf entry for sponsors: $65 US

This clinic is for the children of Puerto Peñasco to help with their baseball skills. Helping out will be 10 major league baseball coaches who have donated their time and money to come to Puerto Peñasco. On Sunday, January 27th, there will be a golf tournament with the coaches at The Club @ Laguna Del Mar. Tee off is 9:00 a.m. All proceeds will benefit the children of Penasco

Jan. 26^th

4^th Annual Major League Coaches Clinic at Puerto Penasco Baseball Stadium. There will be 2 sessions.  First one starts at 9:00-11:30. Second session starts at 12:30-3:30 pm.  Coaches will teach basic-to-advanced fundamentals of baseball.

9 – 11:30 a.m. 7-13 yr old children’s clinic
Jornada para jugadores entre 7 – 13 años

11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Autographs and snacks / Almuerzo y tiempo para conseguir  autografías

12:30 p.m. – 3:30 p.m. 14-17 yr. old children’s clinic
Jornada para jugadores entre 14 – 17 años

5 p.m.  Coaches’ dinner with the Mayor
