Recycling instructor Alma Angelina Yanes, in coordination with the Municipal Youth and Social Development Institute, call young people from throughout the community to make artistic figures with tires to help adorn parks at the Community Centers in Col. Nueva Esperanza and Col. Obrera
Project begins on Oct. 29 and will run Monday and Tuesday from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.
