The City reported that on Friday over Thanksgiving weekend, the local administration via the Municipal Health Office and its veterinarian Erik Gastélum, responded to calls to rescue and tend to a wounded sea lion in La Cholla. The sea lion had been caught in an old fishing net. That’s a pretty great Thanksgiving story!
