You can start the fiesta earlier as on Sunday night, July 2nd, Encántame Towers will be hosting a Fireworks Show starting at 9 p.m. Allen enthusiastically states, “This is open to the public, with dinner starting at 6 pm at Santo Coyote Ocean Cantina. Or, grab some cocktails and food at the AquaBar!”
