The grupero singer “El Bebeto” with songs such as “Inténtalo” and “No te creas tan importante,” among many more that led him to take home the 2011 Billboard award as Best Singer in the Mexican Regional Music category along with awards from Bandamax and a nomination to the “Lo Nuestro” awards, will be presenting a concert in Puerto Peñasco on March 27th at the Chamizal concert venue (just off Blvd. Juarez).
Part of the funds from concert tickets will go toward ongoing support for Los Rolling Rockies basketball wheelchair team. Tickets are available for 80 pesos from team members directly, along with other spots in town.
Luis Trujillo of Los Rolling Rockies, who is also the spokesperson of the Municipal Board of Social Integration for Persons with Disabilities, along with Ulises Palma one of the team’s founders, explains team funds raised from concert tickets to Bebeto will go toward organizing the Paralympic Basketball Finals to be held in Puerto Peñasco this summer (date yet to be defined).
