Thursday, Nov. 17, will be a musical night all over Rocky Point! In addition to the Nicho Hinojosa concert at Peñasco del Sol Hotel at 9 p.m., the evening will start out with Rocky Point favorite Mark Mulligan strumming up some of your favorite tunes from 6 – 8 p.m. at Latitude 31 on the way to the Old Port – Brought to you by SeaSide Reservations. One of Mark’s recent trips through Rocky Point was just this past October for the Mark Mulligan Parrot Mafia, which brought together a handful of other great musicians.
In explaining his style, Mark remarks on his site “I’m simply someone who loves to sing for folks who want meaning and heart in their music. Who wants to hear about sunshine and beaches and sailboats and cantinas and romance and all the fun stuff that life south of the border inspires one to write about….If that sounds like the kind of fellow you’d like to listen to, then I hope to see you at a show!”
