On Friday, July 20th, during the Taco & Beer fundraiser event held a Terramar restaurant for Los Rolling Rockies wheelchair basketball team, amidst carne asada, music and cervezas the team was pleasantly surprised when Scott and Angela Scriver, friends and diners, presented each team member with personalized duffel bags with their individual names embroidered on them.
Mark Olszewski, team supporter and co-coach for Los Rolling Rockies, was moved when thanking Scott, Angela, and their children for this beautiful gesture and all the support they have given. He also thanked everyone present including collaborators as well as the Taco & Beer organizers.
Bit by bit Los Rocking Rockies are taking off and they have various things coming their way, Mark tells us, and they are going to continue working as a team both on and off the court in order to advance and fulfill all they have proposed.
