Sponsored this week by RCPM January Jam
Among the many delights January has to offer, for the past ten years Rocky Point has been home to a weekend of rock ‘n roll. This year is no different and the city shores are ready to JAM! What first began a decade ago with Roger Clyne & the Peacemakers doing their thing on the beach after holing up for a week to record in a seaside studio and then taking to the friendly stage of JJ’s Cantina, January Jam has become an annual trek for folks who now fill a variety of venues across our shores. It’s like a prelude to June’s even grander Circus “so-much-more-than-a-concert-weekend” Mexicus! Sorry, was imagining warmer temps for a second there … January also means chili cook-off time in the Mirador, and of course planning for the rest of the year! Let’s get to it and run down the weekend!
