Puerto Peñasco, Sonora. Jan. 20, 2017. In cementing the long-standing partnership between the community of Las Conchas and the Cortés family, Señora Violanda Rosas Viuda de Cortes and Señor Agustin Cortés Rosas donated land to the Asociación de Vecinos de Las Conchas.
Ginger Beauchamp, President of the Las Conchas Association, accepted the donated land on behalf of the Vecinos during a signing ceremony with Notary Francisco Manzo Taylor at the Law Offices of Ricardo Borquez in Puerto Peñasco. The Board of Directors of Las Conchas, Sr. Jose Galvan, Sr., Sr. Jose Galvan, Jr. and Arturo Cano were also present.
On behalf of the Cortés family and Las Conchas, Agustin Cortés and Ginger Beauchamp emphasized the importance of this historic signing and donation as strengthening the bond between the Cortés family and this community.
The property, which is at the beginning of Las Conchas where the office is located, will be used exclusively for the betterment of the community and its Vecinos.
