Promising sports stars took part in an August 9th soccer clinic, offered by the Municipal Sports Institute (IMD) in coordination with the US 5013-c organization “Change your Stars” Foundation. There, young athletes and members of the Change Your Stars Foundation had the opportunity to spend some time together through recreation and fun, accompanied by international soccer star Tony Cascio of Sporting AZ FC.
The director for the Municipal Sports Institute (IMD), Fernando Mendoza, reported this first soccer clinic concluded successfully with the participation of more than 50 children and teens.
The IMD Director, accompanied by Fraser Laveay, founder of the organization, along with Tony Cascio, led the sports clinic where participants had the opportunity to learn techniques and general knowledge of soccer.
During the clinic, organizers delivered balls, shirts, equipment, as well as food for all in attendance, reiterating the city administration’s commitment to continue promoting the practice of sports.
