There is a strong effort to form Boy Scout and Cub Scout troops in Puerto Peñasco, and in fact two have already been established. Supporters are organizing a fundraising Pasta Dinner for the Scouts on March 24th, 2017 at “Tony’s Restaurant” (the former La Cita restaurant in town).
The Pasta Dinner will be Friday, March 24th from 5pm to 8pm. See map. Dinners are $8.00 and $3.00 of each dinner goes to the Scouts. Dinner includes pasta dish, salad, bread and ice team or lemonade. There is no bar service, but you are welcome to bring your own drink. There will also be a small raffle.
Plus, organizers are still collecting camping gear for the Scouts. You can bring it to the restaurant on Friday if you would like or organizers can help pick it up. Arrange for pick up at dinner. Thanks!
