It’s that time of year again, so be sure to get your duck in the race! On Sunday, June 14th “the duckies” will once again head into the Sea of Cortez somewhere around 9 a.m. just off the shores of Sandy Beach for the annual duck race back to the beach while raising money for the Adopt-a-Classroom program. As the duckies prepare for the trek over the waves, where they’re cautiously guided to shore by kayak paddling duck-wranglers, folk are invited to sponsor a duck at just $5 US or get 3 ducks into the race for $10 US!
