A short while back we interviewed Ana Karina, who is undertaking an interesting project to help promote reading…remember? She told us how the project was born and what it was about. Now, that some time has passed, the question is “How has it gone?” To follow her footsteps, we asked her for a brief summary of her activities.
She tells us, “To date, notes to promote reading have been published in the local magazines En Sociedad (once in its monthly print edition), and Aló Magazine (once a month in the online edition). Plus, I’ve had 3 minute capsules throughout the entire month of June on La Reyna del Mar (1390 AM) on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; and on Stereo Sol 106.1 FM on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
The Regional Border Chain (CRF Radio) had a note every Wednesday throughout the entire month of June, online and with national distribution from border to border.”
This is being accompanied with creating reading groups and coordinating and supporting them with whatever they need, particularly the organization.
In addition, books are being lent to various existing reading groups or strategic people for further reading and sharing…and this is just the beginning. “Over time,” Ana Karina tells us, “we hope to get to more places and more people and that everyone fall in love with this magic world of reading.”
Cómo va….Leer de todo un poco?
Hace poco le hicimos una entrevista a Ana Karina que traía un interesante proyecto de fomento a la lectura ¿recuerdan? Nos platicó cómo es que había nacido el proyecto y de que trataba. Ahora, ya pasado un tiempo, la pregunta es ¿cómo le ha ido? Entonces, para seguirle la pista, pedimos nos enviara un resumen de las actividades que ha tenido.
“A la fecha se han publicado notas de promoción a la lectura en las revista En sociedad ( una en la edición impresa mensual ), Alo Magazine (una vez al mes en la edición de internet).
Se han transmitido cápsulas de 3 minutos durante todo el mes de junio en La Reyna del Mar los días lunes, miércoles y viernes y en Sol 106.1, los martes y jueves.
La Cadena Regional Fronteriza (CRF Radio), tiene nota todos los miércoles de todo el mes de junio , por internet, con una difusión nacional, de frontera a frontera.
Se están acompañando y creando grupos de lectura para coordinarlos y apoyarlos en lo que necesite, sobretodo en su organización.
También se prestan y se donan libros a diversos grupos de lectura ya existentes o personas estratégicas para su lectura y compartimiento.
Y esto es solo el comienzo. Con el paso del tiempo esperamos llegar a mas lugares y más personas y que todos se encanten con este mágico mundo de la lectura”
