OOMAPAS technical director Javier Franco Islas details the Municipal Water Office is offering a 15% discount for those who pay for the entire year in advance, and a 10% discount for those who cover the first semester of 2020.
The office continues to provide several options and alternatives in fomenting a culture of paying for services, though 2019 wrapped up with over 50 million pesos in outstanding payments.
