Leap year. Indeed, there’s a whole extra day to enjoy this weekend so why not take in the festivities of the Viva Peñasco Carnaval – parades – rides – shows! Around the malecon you can also catch a glimpse of classic cars over the weekend at the Desert Dreams annual Car Show. As the weather warms up while we inch towards Spring Break, whale watching trips are still touting their wares … at least for a few more weeks we hope.
