The next two weeks mark a distinct cultural exchange between Halloween festivities and Mexico’s traditional Day of the Dead. Puerto Peñasco has embraced the two celebrations, highlighting culture and candy, candles and camaraderie. The Rocky Point Rally is not far behind, and we continue to roll through the year – yet following our past rains be sure to watch for pot holes and sand. Let’s run down the weekend!
