Fiestas del Desierto 2012 in Puerto Peñasco! On Saturday, Nov. 24th the regional celebration of Cultures from the Desert reaches Puerto Peñasco with a Sand Castle Contest – beginning at 8:30 a.m. (for teams – 10 a.m. for viewing) in front of Playa Bonita Hotel. That evening there will be a Cultural Festival in the Malecon area – fun for all! Free!
