OOMAPAS (Water Utility service) consumers are being granted incentives in the form of discounts on advance payments made during the first four months of 2019. Administrative Director Jorge Pivac Carrillo detailed these discounts entail 15% off for payments made in January and February, and 10% off for payments made in March and April. The OOMAPAS offices are located at Calle Río Bravo between Eduardo Ibarra y los Angeles Col. Brisas (turn left about two blocks passed General Hospital).
