¡3…2…1…Feliz Año Nuevo! Rocky Point Weekend Rundown!

Sponsored this week by Las Palomas Beach & Golf Resort

It’s the last weekend of 2017, and so far 2018 is kicking off with fiestas, fiestas, y más fiestas! If you’re in our sandy neighborhood to welcome the New Year, you surely won’t be disappointed as there’s everything from champagne showers to masquerade balls, elegant dinners to piñata drops.  New Year’s Eve is also once again a traditional family night in Mexico, featuring late night dinners replete with tamales, pozole, maybe menudo, buñuelos (traditional Sonoran pastry), and midnight toasts. Personally, a favorite tradition is that of eating 12 grapes as the clock strikes midnight…or maybe it’s donning red underwear for love in the New Year.  So, whatever floats your boat, swings your piñata, or pops your cork, Puerto Peñasco is ready to celebrate año nuevo with familia and amigos! ¡FELIZ AÑO NUEVO! Let’s run down the weekend!
