Launching into 2016, Puerto Peñasco was engulfed early in the week with fog and spells of rainy weather. Where are we? Despite the spectacular blue sky outside at the moment, and warming temperatures, a state level cold weather advisory caused schools to delay the return to the classroom by two days – so kids are headed back to school on Friday. Welcome to January in Puerto Peñasco! A look ahead reveals a weekend forecast topping highs in the mid-60s and lows in the low 50s, yes – it’s time to bundle up at the beach and an absolutely perfect time to visit the Pinacate.
