We’re back! The holidays have come and gone with processions, pastorelas, posadas, presents, and postres (desserts). To all of those who came across a small plastic doll in the traditional Kings’ Day cake “Rosca de Reyes” on Jan. 6th, we’ll be looking for your best tamale recipes so you can entertain amigos on Feb. 2nd as Mexican tradition calls for.
As we get started with our Rundown season for 2013, please be sure to stay warm this weekend as the national weather service is forecasting bitter temperatures for Sonora and in our seaside spot through Jan. 14th.
